Founded in 2009, Tarka Indian Kitchen serves fresh and tasty Indian food quickly and at good prices. They wanted to create a friendly, modern spot where customers could enjoy a nice meal on the patio or easily grab takeout using their online ordering system. Beyond the food, their team is committed to being as eco-friendly as possible.

Challenge

In 2018, Tarka Indian Kitchen was inundated with online orders strewn across a mess of tablets connected to each delivery provider. They needed a solution to eliminate tablets in their restaurants and the manual order entry slowing down their operations. Their team discovered ItsaCheckmate and implemented their Menu Management solution later that year. To streamline digital operations further, Tarka Indian Kitchen has started implementing Open Tender to replace their existing first-party ordering site with a fully customized experience for customers.
